"It is a true honor to be one of the coaches chosen for the Under Armour 30-Under-30 award," said Steffensen. "I have been fortunate to be part of a great coaching staff and administration at Fort Lewis College. I want to thank Athletic Director Gary Hunter, Coach Bob Hofman, Coach Bob Pietrack and Coach George Boedecker who have all mentored me in my tenure at Fort Lewis College. Most importantly, I want to thank the exceptional young men in our program, they have been a true joy to coach."
