DURANGO, CO – April 16, 2010 - For t Lewis College volleyball coach, Shelly Aaland has announced the signing of Hannah Starbuck.
Starbuck, a 5'9 outside hitter who attended Grandview High School signed a national letter of intent to play for the Skyhawks this week. Hannah was a 4 year starter for the Wolves of Grandview High School. Starbuck was named to the all-conference 2nd team as well as the all-city 2nd team. Academically, Hannah was named to the honor roll all four years, received academic honors in both English and Spanish and was nominated for the First Bank All Star for academics and community service.
Starbuck will major in Math and English at Fort Lewis.
“Hannah comes from a great high school winning tradition,” commented head coach Shelly Aaland. “She will be able to use that experience immediately at Fort Lewis.”
