A senior from Pagosa Springs, Colo., Medici (Pagosa Springs HS) ran a personal best time this past Saturday at the Adams State University Joe Vigil Open. Medici ran the 5K course in 19:08.65. She helped lead her team to a second place team finish behind the Grizzlies.

Fort Lewis will host the Tom Strandt Memorial Run this Saturday, Sept. 14 at 9 a.m. on the campus of Fort Lewis College. Proceeds from the race will benefit Natanya Joy Mallin. For more information on the race, to go www.goskyhawks.com.
