Kaile Magazzeni tied a school record for most blocks in a game when she blocked seven Regis shots on Saturday night’s Senior Night. Out of her 17 total rebounds on the weekend, 14 were on the defensive end of the court.  For her efforts, she was also named the RMAC Defensive Player of the Week for the second time this season.
 
Magazzeni led the Skyhawks to two critical home wins over MSU Denver and Regis. She averaged 9.0 points, 8.5 rebounds, 3.5 blocks and 1.0 steals, shooting 46.2 percent from the floor and making all six free throw attempts.
 
Saturday’s win over the Rangers clinched a spot in the RMAC tournament.
