Kohlton Tegeler was part of a defensive unit that held the nation's top passing team and top passing quarterback to 188 passing yards on Saturday.

He accounted for five tackles (three solo), including two sacks for a loss of 17 yards. Tegeler and the Skyhawks sacked Western New Mexico eight times.

Western New Mexico entered Saturday's game leading the nation with 401.5 passing yards per game behind the nation's top quarterback – Mitch Glasmann. Glasmann leads Division II with 1,588 passing yards and 397.0 passing yards per game.
