Fort Lewis College redshirt-junior Alyssa Spencer led the Skyhawks to two season-opening road wins this past weekend. Fort Lewis defeated Colorado State University-Pueblo on Saturday, 14-8, followed by a 13-3 win at Adams State University on Sunday.

A product of Durango, Colo., Spencer made 13 saves in two wins at CSU-Pueblo and Adams State. She finished with a 5.23 goals against average. At CSUP on Saturday she made 11 saves and allowed eight goals in 60 minutes. The next day in a 13-3 win she made two saves and allowed two goals.
