Joshua Blaylock was named the 2016 RMAC Men's Basketball Tournament MVP after averaging 24.5 points in three games to lead the Skyhawks to the RMAC Championship Tournament Title. 

Blaylock shot 69.2 percent from the floor (18-of-26), 58.3 percent (7-of-12) and made all six free throw attempts in the three games.  He was clutch in the championship game, making two free throws with :00.7 seconds left in regulation to give FLC a one-point win over No. 2 seed Colorado Mines. 

He added five assists and nine rebounds during the week.
