Becca Bramley recorded a personal best in the 5K Saturday morning to lead the Fort Lewis College women's cross country team to a second place finish at the season opening race.

The Skyhawks competed at the Adams State University Joe Vigil Open on the Cattails Golf Course.

Bramley's time of 18:27.10 was the seventh fastest time in the race as she was the first runner other than a Grizzly to cross the finish line.
