Katie Hawkins set a new pole vault record with a mark of 3.00 meters at the CMU Maroon Classic, finishing third overall, after breaking Carley Carter's record of 2.71 meters.

Katie also ran the 200 meter dash, finishing sixth overall in 31.57.
