Laine Waters helped the Fort Lewis College volleyball team to a 2-0 record on the road this past week at Western State (W, 3-0) and Colorado Mesa (W, 3-2).

On Friday in the sweep against the Mountaineers, she tallied five blocks (four solo) and added three kills.

The following night against the Mavericks, Waters totaled nine blocks (two solo) as the Skyhawks came back from two sets down to win the final three sets for the match win. She added 12 kills against CMU.

In the two matches, Waters tallied 15 kills (1.88 k/s) and 14 blocks (1.75 b/s).
