The Fort Lewis College football team was defeted Saturday by Adams State falling to the Grizzlies 6-0 in bad weather conditions. The Skyhawks for the second week in a row plaed in windy and rainy conditions but could not come away with the victory unfortunately.
The Skyhawks just were unable to move the ball on offense with only 81 total yards, with the weather playing a major factor for both teams. A late interception for the Grizzlies sealed the Skyhawks fate on this gloomy Saturday.
For Lewis football will return to action Next Saturday at home against Chadron State for homecoming. The game is scheduled for 12:30 p.m.
