Fort Lewis Volleyball traveled to Nebraska this weekend splitting with Chadron State and Nebraska Kearney.  On Friday the Skyhawks defeated Chadron State winning in four sets.  On Saturday the Hawks struggled and fell to the conference's best team Nebraska Kearney in three sets.

The Skyhawks could not get the offense started and a low .035 hitting percentage combined with too many errors doomed the Skyhawks chances.  The loss in all likelyhood ends the Skyhawk chances of hosting the conference tournament but the Skyhawks still hold a one game lead in the west division of the conference.

The Skyhawks next week travel to Denver and Colorado Springs to play Colorado School of Mines and UCCS.
