The Fort Lewis College women's volleyball team made short work of a struggling New Mexico Highlands squad who has won only two conference games this season. The Skyhawks won 25-13, 25-18, and 25-14 in the three set final. With the result the Skyhawks move to 15-7 and 10-4 in RMAC play.
Leading the Skyhawk attack offensively was sophomore Taylor Hillberry who recorded 11 kills on 14 attempts hitting a great percentage of .714 committing only one hitting error. Defensively the Skyhawks Jessica Wilson led the team in digs with 12.
The Skyhawks will play again at home tomorrow night for senior night honoring their two seniors Cora Vorwald and Jessica Bailey. Their opponent will be Western New Mexico who the Skyhawk have already defeated once this season.
