The Fort Lewis women's soccer team defeated Regis 4-3 in overtime to move to 6-3-1 and 4-0 RMAC on the season. The Skyhawks and rangers each scored one goal in the first and one in two in the second, before Fort Lewis ultimately scored the difference making goal in overtime.
The Skyhawks got on the board first in the 28th minute when Erica Shisler netted a Nichole Kluk assist. Shisler again scored in the 73rd minute after the Rangers had tied the contest on an unassisted goal. Carter Cornet accounted for all three of the Rangers goals including two in the Final ten minutes to tie the match after Jaime Macarthur had just put the Hawks up by two. In overtime Sam Smith won the game for Fort Lewis on an Erica Shisler assist.
The Skyhawks will play Sunday against Adams State a Struggling squad who lost to Fort Lewis 11-0 earlier in the season.
