The Fort Lewis volleyball team won in four games tonight 25-14, 27-25, 18-25 and 27-25.  The Skyhawks earned their first win at Silver City since the team rejoined the conference and  moved their record to 9-4 (4-1 RMAC). 

In the game the Skyhawks hit a great .295 as a team, as middles Cora Vorwald (.417) and Taylor Hillberry (.600) both played major roles in the Skyhawk victory.  Chelsea Flaming led the Hawks in kills with 15; Jessica Bailey and Vorwald each tying for second with 12 kills a piece.  Melissa Childs led the Skyhawks offense with 49 assists.

The Skyhawks will take on New Mexico Highlands tomorrow night in Las Vegas, NM. The Hawks will return home on October 2nd to take on Regis at 7:00 p.m.
