The Fort Lewis College women's soccer team's scoring woes continued friday as the Skyhawks failed to score despite a high pressure attack in the 1st half. Fort Lewis lost 1-0 with the deciding goal coming in the 56th minute on a header off of a corner kick, scored by Jordyn Strege.
Lorin Anderson led the Skyhawks with three shots two on net, with Sam Smith and Sara Egbom each adding two shots a piece. Bree Baker the Skyhawks keeper face five shots on goal only letting the one goal through.
The Skyhawks will play again sunday against Minnesota Duluth and will return home for Hall of Fame Weekend where they will face UCCS for the first time in school history on Friday, September 12th.
