Fort Lewis' 4-3 RMAC record is the fourth best in the Mountain Division.  They are  in a five-way tie for fifth place overall.

The Skyhawks will play their first road games of 2016 when they travel to Colorado Christian University on Friday, and Colorado School of Mines on Saturday.
The Skyhawks faced both teams four weeks ago at home. Â FLC lost to Colorado Mines, 57-56, but came back to defeat Colorado Christian, 65-50.
The Cougars enter the weekend with an 8-3 overall record and a 5-2 RMAC record. Â They are currently third in the Mountain Division and fourth overall. Â The Cougars lead the league in field goal percentage defense, holding their opponents to a 31.5 shooting mark. Â Kate Louthan leads the league in field goal percentage, shooting 48.7 percent from the floor. Â Ali Meyer leads all 16 teams with 8.8 rebounds per game.
The Skyhawks will face the top team in the league Saturday night - Colorado School of Mines. Â The Orediggers are on a nine-game winning streak and are 9-2 overall and 7-0 in the league. CSM is one of the top rebounding teams in the league, leading the RMAC in defensive rebounds per game (31), rebound margin (9.6) and rebounds per game (45.1).
