Box Score LAKEWOOD, Colo. – November 3, 2017 – Colorado Christian University handed the Fort Lewis College volleyball team a 3-0 loss Friday night at the CCU Event Center in Lakewood, Colo. The Skyhawks fell by scores of -17, -22 and -23.
The loss moves the Skyhawks record to 9-14 overall and 4-11 in league matches. The Cougars improve to 15-9 (12-3 RMAC).
Kendra Swackenberg posted 27 set assists as the Skyhawks hit .121 for the night.
Bailey Longacre accounted for eight kills and hit .462 while committing only two errors on 13 attempts.
Laine Waters and
Maddie LeBlanc each notched seven kills.
Megan Graefe led the Skyhawks defense with 11 digs.
Waters and
Elise Hill each served two aces for the Skyhawks, posting four of FLC's six aces.
Jacey Johnson of CCU led both teams with 15 kills.
FLC will play at No. 17 Colorado School of Mines on Saturday at 5 p.m.
