Linebacker Darrian Stickney has recorded 36 tackles this season, the fifth most in the RMAC.  Seventeen of his tackles have been solo stops.  He is averaging 9.0 tackles per game.

Junior quarterback Bo Coleman has completed 41-of-83 passes for 447 yards and one touchdown.  He is the only quarterback in the league to attempt at least 30 passes and not throw an interception.

FLC's clock management is No. 1 in the RMAC, possessing the ball an average of 35:52 minutes per game, more than four minutes longer than the next opponent.

Despite a late fourth quarter rally, Fort Lewis is coming off a 40-14 road loss to Colorado Mesa University (ranked No. 11 at the time).

FLC's defense held the Mavericks to a three-and-out on their first drive of the fourth quarter.  Tyler Telphy capped off a 13-play, 81-yard drive to put the first points on the board for FLC, 7-40.

On the ensuing CMU drive, Nathan Aguilar recovered a fumble on CMU's 22-yard line, giving FLC a short field.  Backup quarterback Jake Lowry ran the ball in from 22 yards out to cap a one-play, 22-yard drive.

FLC's offense against the Mavericks produced 343 yards of total offense, with 199 yards coming on the ground game.
