Prior to FLC: Burton was a two-sport athlete at Claremore High School, playing four seasons each of boys golf and boys soccer, and won three varsity letters in both sports... qualified for the state tournament in boys golf from his sophomore through senior seasons... posted a single-round tournament score of 70.

Personal: Born September 27, 2006... son of Jennifer and Matthew Burton... has two siblings, Jaxon and Sandra... enjoys skiing, hunting, and listening to country music... favorite food is sushi... intends on majoring in Business while at FLC... when asked his favorite part about Fort Lewis, Burton shared, "the campus, town, and mountains are beautiful, plus its a very friendly school."
