Jonathan Berzins returned to Fort Lewis College in the fall of 2020 as the Assistant Men's Soccer Coach. He previously spent time at FLC as the Compliance Coordinator from August 2017 to June of 2019.
Berzins brings a wealth of administrative and coaching experience to the Skyhawks after previous stops as the Director of Athletics at Phoenix College (2019-2020), as well as a 13-year stint as the Assistant AD/Head Men's and Women's Soccer Coach at Chandler-Gilbert Community Community (2005-17).
As a coach, Berzins produced 10 consecutive winning seasons at CGCC, 35 Academic All-Americans between the men's and women's programs, a pair of ACCAC Conference Players of the Year, and left as the school's all-time wins leader for the men's soccer program (109) and women's program (150). His career coaching record stands at 150-67-12 as the CGCC women's head coach, 109-85-10 as the men's head coach, and 140-35-17 as the head women's soccer coach at Highland High School.
