Paul Fleming joined the Fort Lewis College women's lacrosse coaching staff in the fall of 2016. He is in his first year as the Skyhawks assistant women's lacrosse coach.

Fleming, a New Jersey native, joins the women's lacrosse program with more than two decades of experience teaching and coaching the game of lacrosse at both the high school and middle school levels. Most recently Fleming served as the head boys' lacrosse coach at Rumson Country Day School in Rumson, New Jersey where he capped off an undefeated season in his second to last season with the Gators. Â

Fleming spent the 2015-16 school year at Rawson Saunders School in Austin, Texas serving as the Athletic Director, PE Department Head and Physical Education Teacher. Prior to working at Rawson Saunders School, Fleming taught Physical Education for eight years at a private middle school in Rumson, NJ working with kindergarten through eighth grade.Â

Fleming graduated from New England College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts. A four year member of the men's lacrosse program, Fleming was the team captain his senior year. The team won the common wealth conference two out of his four years. He has served as a private health and wellness coach since 1999.
