Morris took home RMAC Pitcher of the Week honors after picking up two wins in the circle to help the Skyhawks start 3-0 for the first time since 1989. In nine innings worked, she didn’t allow an earned run, just one unearned and five total hits. She also added five strikeouts and didn’t walk a batter. Morris went four innings in the start against Oklahoma Baptist leading FLC to the 9-0 win in five innings. In the final game of the series against Eastern New Mexico, she came on in relief to pick up the win after going five innings, allowing just one unearned run and had five strikeouts as FLC claimed the 7-3 victory.
