January 1, 2009.  Canon, TX. - The #7 Fort Lewis Women's Basketball team will be on the road to kick off their 2010 schedule, with games against Eastern New Mexico (5-7) and #16 ranked West Texas A&M who has only lost one game this season. Fort Lewis (12-1 overall and 3-1 RMAC) are coming off a huge win against Northern New Mexico 111-18, a new record for biggest margin of victory at Fort Lewis.

The Skyhawks will take on Eastern New Mexico on January 2nd in Portales, NM @ 2pm. The Hawks' will then drive to Canon, TX to take on the Buffs of West Texas the next night, January 3rd @ 2:00pm central time. 

There will be no live stats for the Eastern New Mexico game but they will be available for the West Texas game. Just click the following link.
