KEARNEY, Neb. – The University of Nebraska-Kearney and Fort Lewis College have agreed to change the kickoff time for the Nov. 6 game between the two schools to 11 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (noon Central Standard Time).

The change was made because the Nebraska vs. Iowa State football game is scheduled for a 1:30 p.m. MST kickoff. Cornhusker football attracts a passionate following in Nebraska, and the UNK staff felt an earlier kickoff time would allow more people to attend the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference game between No. 8 Lopers (7-1 overall, 6-0 RMAC) and the Skyhawks (2-4, 2-5).

Fort Lewis hosts Chadron State (5-3, 4-2) at 1 p.m. Saturday at Ray Dennison Memorial Field in Durango.
