RAPID CITY, S.D. – October 24, 2015 – The Fort Lewis College volleyball team lost in four sets Saturday afternoon at South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.  The Skyhawks loss the first set, 25-20, before tying the match in set two, 25-22, but fell in the final two sets, 25-19 and 25-20.
 
Gabriella Hickman posted a team high eight kills to go with her 17 digs, and Delaney Scanlan added 28 set assists.  Ally Dell'Amico notched 18 digs. 
 
As a team, the Skyhawks tallied 12 blocks with Shelby Lehman assisting on four.  FLC hit .096 for the match.
 
Three Hardrockers recorded double digit kills.  Mikkella Reese led both teams with 16.
 
FLC will travel to Western State Colorado University next Friday, followed by a match at Colorado State University-Pueblo.
