LOOKING AHEAD
Fort Lewis College will play a non-conference game on Saturday at home against Western New Mexico University.  A former member of the RMAC, the Mustangs are now a member of the Lone Star Conference as of 2016.

The Skyhawks enter the weekend in 10th place in the RMAC standings with a 1-6 league record (1-6 overall).

Western New Mexico is 2-5 overall and 2-4 in the LSC.  The Mustangs posted wins against Oklahoma Panhandle State (W, 44-21) and UT-Permian Basin (W, 68-17).  WNMU is currently on a three game losing streak and own a 1-3 road record.

Thanks to an average of 52.4 yards on five punts last week, Joseph Cavale leads the RMAC in punting with a 42.7 average (1,024 yards-24 punts).

OJ Thompson's 7.5 tackles for a loss of yards is the third most in the RMAC.  Thompson also ranks 10th in the RMAC in sacks with three.
