ESPANOLA, N.M. – November 5, 2016 – In a game that featured nearly 60 fouls, the Fort Lewis College men's basketball team came out on top in an 88-75 exhibition game win at Northern New Mexico College Saturday afternoon.
 
The Skyhawks were sent to the free throw line for 33 attempts, sinking 19 of them, while the Eagles sank 24-of-43.
 
Rasmus Bach led FLC with 25 points after making 9-of-12 from the floor and 7-of-9 from the charity stripe.  Brandon Wilson added 15 points and nine rebounds.
 
FLC was held to only five three-pointers from long range, sinking 5-of-22.
 
Both teams pulled down 48 rebounds each.
 
The Skyhawks will open their regular season Nov. 11 at West Texas A&M University.
