DURANGO – October 15, 2017 – 
Emma Patron scored her third goal of the season in the 16
th minute to give the Fort Lewis College women's soccer team a 1-0 lead Sunday afternoon against Westminster College.  The Griffins would score the next three goals, handing the Skyhawks a 3-1 loss on Senior Day at Dirks Field.

Shannon Harpham were honored before Sunday's match.
 
At 15:54, Singleton gave Patron a pass from the right side.  Patron ran in from seven yards out to finish on center goal for the 1-0 lead.
 
Five minutes later WC tied the game as both teams went into halftime, 1-1.
 
The Griffins took a 2-1 advantage at 54:18 from Jacqueline Williams, followed by a penalty kick goal in the 80
th minute to give WC the 3-1 win.
 
Fort Lewis was outshot by the Griffins, 18-10.  Seven of the Skyhawks shots came in the second half.
 
All three of Sanchez' shot attempts were on-target.
 
The Skyhawks will play their final three regular season games on the road.  FLC will play one game next week at Adams State University on Oct. 22 at 12 p.m.
