DENVER – September 23, 2017 – For the second straight night, the Fort Lewis College volleyball team was swept in Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference play. FLC fell 3-0 at MSU Denver Saturday night (-23, -18, -15).
The Skyhawks defense was led by
Megan Graefe's 15 digs and
Elise Hill's 10 digs.
FLC hit .196 at the net off of 32 kills.
Maddie LeBlanc notched 10 kills without committing an error for a .556 hitting mark.
Emily Dellenbach posted seven kills on 24 attempts behind
Kendra Swackenberg's 26 set assists.
The Roadrunners served seven aces against the Skyhawks without committing a serve receive error against FLC. MSUD finished with 56 kills from 53 assists.
Fort Lewis will continue their four match road trip Sept. 30-Oct. 1 at Western State Colorado University and Colorado Mesa University.
