DURANGO, Colo. – Recognized for their contributions on the fairways, greens, and in the classroom, three individuals from the Fort Lewis College men's and women's golf teams have been named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® teams, the organization announced on Tuesday.

The 2025 Academic All-District® At-Large teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes men's soccer honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.

Select Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot to be voted on by CSC members. NCAA, NAIA, and College Division Women's At-Large Academic All-America® First-, second-, and third-team honorees will be announced on Tuesday, July 8, 2025. The Men's At-Large Teams will be announced on Wednesday, July 9.

Redshirt junior Jordan Jennings is the lone honoree from the men's golf team, carrying a 3.59 GPA while studying Business Administration en route to his second nod to the Academic All-District® teams. On the links, Jennings boasted a 73.36 per-round scoring average and totaled 10 rounds below par, including two top-10 finishes, and a career-best T-3 finish at the 2025 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Championships on the back of a 10-under-par 206.

Senior Vivianna Holguin, who has since graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology, leads the pair of Skyhawks women with her second consecutive nod to the CSC Academic All-District® teams. Recently tabbed with RMAC All-Academic First-Team honors, Holguin boasted a phenomenal 3.97 GPA in the spring semester. A two-year member of the roster, Holguin has played in 18 tournaments and most recently captured a T-23 finish at the 2025 RMAC Championships, shooting a 17-over 233 en route to helping Fort Lewis claim a program-best fifth-place finish as a team.

Four Corners native and junior Dimery Plewe rounds out the trio, earning her first nod to the CSC Academic All-District® teams to pair with her 2025 Second-Team All-RMAC accolade. A graduate of Montezuma-Cortez High School in Cortez, Colo., Plewe burst onto the scene for the Skyhawks last fall, becoming the program's second-ever individual medalist after winning the 2025 Nick Turner Invitational at home on at Hillcrest Golf Club with a one-over 145 overall. In the classroom, Plewe carried a perfect 4.00 GPA studying English.
