2016-17 Indoor: Competed in one event at one meet… Ran a season best 1:23.20 in the 400 meter dash at the ASU Early Grizzly Open on Dec. 3.
2016 XC: All three races Grogan competed in were 6K meets ... Her fastest race of the season was recorded at the RMAC Championship meet when she crossed the finish line in 25:10.5 on Oct. 24 in Spearfish, S.D.
2016 OUTDOOR: Did Not Compete
2015-16 INDOOR: Competed in two different events at one meet … Recorded a career best 400 meter dash time (1:12.60) and a season best 200 meter dash time (33.93) at the Western State Alumni Open on Feb. 6.
2015 XC: Competed in three events … Recorded a career best 6K time of 25:10.5 at the RMAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 24.
2014-15: Ran the 200m dash three times and the 400m dash four times during the indoor season … Also ran the 60m dash once, posting a time of 9.24 on Feb. 7 at the Western State Alumni Open … Her career best 200m dash time of 31.93 was set at the RMAC Indoor Track & Field Championship, where she also ran her fastest indoor 400m time of 1:13.20 … Ran a career best 400m race on March 20 at the CMU Courtyard by Marriott Open (1:08.79) … Posted a time of 32.55 in the 200m dash at the same meet to mark her fast outdoor time in the event.
