Dates: July 8th-12th, Wednesday afternoonto Sunday morning
Location: Fort Lewis College, Durango, CO
Cost: $500 for overnighters
$350 for commuters
*Camp t-shirt and all meals included
Ages: High School

Camp Details:
- Traditional style dorms (overnight campers will have 1 camp roommate). Extra-long twin beds. Linens, blanket, and pillow included. Hall style restrooms and showers.
- Chaperones will stay in suite style dorms. Suite style dorms are two traditional style dorms connected by a bathroom (chaperones will have separate bathrooms from overnight campers).

- Dining hall meals included: breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Sunday breakfast included before checkout. Dining hall will accommodate diet restrictions.
- Through info sessions and in-person practices learn from college coaches, professional runners, current & former college runners, strength & conditioning coaches, nutritionists, high level athletic trainers, and more.
- Improve in all aspects of running: in-person practices with current college coaches, Q&As with current and former professional runners, weight lifting walk-throughs with college strength and conditioning coaches, sport specific nutrition presentations, injury prevention with college athletic trainers, and more.
- Train and learn through trail running, track workouts, cross country specific workouts, endless dirt roads, and state of the art strength and conditioning facilities here in beautiful Durango, Colorado which sits at 6,500+ft altitude.
Camp itinerary will be distributed July 1st.
