Competed in two meets…member of the Skyhawks team that placed 13th at the NCAA Championships…came on strong in the championship portion of the season with personal bests in the 8k and 10k…earned a PR in the 8k (25:47.7) at the RMAC Championships (Oct. 21)…secured a 10k PR with a time of 33:32.3 at the NCAA Championships (Nov. 18)
 
Indoor Track
Competed in three meets…raced in the 3000m, mile, and 800m…recorded personal bests in all three disciplines…posted a 3k PR with a time of 9:44.34 at the Big Red Machine Open (Feb. 3)…posted PR’s in the 800m (2:04.5) and mile (4:30.47) at the Don Kirby Elite Invite (Feb. 9)
 
Outdoor Track
Competed in five meets…raced in the 800m, 1500m, mile, and 5000m…recorded personal bests in the 1500m and 5k…earned his PR in the 5k (15:06.02) at the Willie Williams Classic (Mar. 22)…added a 1500m PR with a time of 4:16.13 at the Don Kirby Tailwind Open (Apr. 19)
 

Prior to FLC: Denison comes to FLC after competing four years at Skyridge High School...lettered in cross country and track...2022 Skyridge Cross Country MVP...2022 All-Region Four...placed 14th at the 2022 Utah 6A State Cross Country Championships...placed third at the Region Four Cross Country Championships
