Biography

2024 (Sophomore)
Did play in any games for Fort Lewis.

2023 (Freshman)
Appeared in two games for the Skyhawks... made his collegiate debut against CSU Pueblo (Sept. 30)... recorded 3.0 tackles on the season, including two solo and one assisted... also recorded one 1.0 tackle for two yards of loss... registered his first solo tackle against Colorado Mesa (Oct. 14). 

Prior to FLC: Played all four seasons and lettered twice in football at Ponderosa High School... selected to the All-State Game... earned All-Colorado honors... in his senior season he garnered First Team All-State, First Team All-League, 4A/5A SEML Defensive Player of the Year, and Academic All-State honors... named the Team Captain and Ponderosa Defensive Player of the Year... also a Team Captain... recorded 260 career tackles... last season he registered 180 tackles to finish second in Colorado and rank 10th in all-time single-season tackles in Colorado... recorded a career-high 30 tackles in a single game.

Personal: Son of Rebecca Kemper & James Olsen... has two siblings, Cora and Johannah... plans to pursue his degree in either Business Administration or Exercise Science... enjoys stunting, hiking, fly fishing, skiing, attending concerts, and listening to a variety of music artists including Zach Bryan, Tyler Childers, Mac Miller, and Rex Orange County... when asked about what he enjoyed most about Fort Lewis College Olsen shared, "The easy access to the outdoors."
