Beau Worpell returned to the Skyhawks coaching staff during the summer of 2020 as the Quarterbacks Coach.
Worpell's career started at the University of Nevada, Reno working as an Offensive Quality Control Assistant. He spent one year as an Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks coach at Centennial High School in Las Vegas, NV. before becoming the Quarterbacks coach at St. Norbert College, where the team won the Midwest Conference Championship and his quarterback was an All-Conference selection.
He spent one season as the Running Backs and Tight Ends coach at FLC during the 2019 season. He spent the spring ad summer of 2020 as the Offensive Coordinator for the Warsaw Mets in the Polish professional league, but had the season cancelled early due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Worpell received his bachelor's degree in Business Management at the University of Nevada, Reno and is currently finishing his M.S. in Sports Management at Troy University.
