Brandon Crosby joined the Skyhawks staff in February 2018. Crosby was promoted to Head Football Coach in September of 2019 after serving as the Interim Head Coach since January. He comes to FLC from the University of Nevada where he served as a Quarterback Quality Control Coach and a graduate assistant for receivers for the past 14 months. At FLC, Crosby serves as the Offensive Coordinator and quarterbacks coach.
At Nevada, Crosby was responsible for creating practice and game plans, scouting reports and drills. On game days, Crosby communicated directly with the Offensive Coordinator from the booth and assisted in play calling. He also coordinated recruiting areas for the coaching staff, led recruiting meetings and coordinated recruiting visits.

Prior to Nevada, Crosby was a receivers coach and recruiting coordinator at West Texas A&M from January 2016-January 2017. Before WTA&MU, he was the running backs coach at LaGrange College, receivers and tight ends coach at Saddleback College, and receivers, running backs and tight ends coach at Willamette University.

Crosby received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Organizational Management from Vanguard University in 2011. He also attended Baker University and Saddleback Junior College. From 2001-02, he played wide receiver, defensive back and special teams at Saddleback. From 2003-04, Crosby attended Baker University and accounted for 58 catches for 716 yards and nine touchdowns his senior year, while also playing special teams.
