John Sandoval joins the Fort Lewis College Football coaching staff as a volunteer coach in July, 2022. Sandoval comes to the Skyhawks after spending two seasons with the Citrus College Owls.
Beginning his career with the Owls, Sandoval was primarily in charge of developing quarterbacks, preparing game film, and working with the offensive coordinator to establish a week-by-week game plan. After just one season, he quickly established himself as a pivotal piece of the coaching staff and was elevated to the running backs coach and recruiting coordinator.
Sandoval took the unbeaten path to collegiate coaching, originating in Strategic Consulting and Marketing Analytics. He is a graduate of South Hills High School and lettered in both baseball and football.
