Competed in five meets...member of the Skyhawks team that placed 13th at the NCAA DII National Championships...ran a 10k personal best time of 30:38.4 to place 53rd at the NCAA Championships (Nov. 18)...placed 37th and 26th at the South Central Regional (Nov. 4) and RMAC Championships (Oct. 21)

Indoor Track
Competed in two meets...raced in the 5000m, 3000m, mile, and 800m...began the season with a personal best in the 800m (2:09.07) at the Mountaineer Open (Dec. 9)...followed up with PR's in the mile (4:24.25) and 3k (8:45.66) at the New Mexico Team Open (Jan. 26)

Outdoor Track
Competed in four meets...saw his first PR of the season at the Bryan Clay Invite (Apr. 11) where he placed 10th in the 5k with a time of 14:30.26...ended the season at the RMAC Championships (Apr. 26) where he placed 15th with a time of 15:02.18 

2022-23 
Cross Country
Competed in five meets...set a pair of personal bests...began the year with a PR in the 4.5 mile race, finishing with a time of 27:35 at the George Kyte Classic (Sept. 3)...went on the PR in the 8k with a time of 26:08.5 at the Highlander Invite (Oct. 15)

Outdoor Track & Field
Competed in eight meets...earned four personal bests...raced in the 5k, 3k, mile, and 1500m...began the year with a 3k PR at the UNM Team Open (Jan. 27)...placed ninth in the 5k at the RMAC Championships (Apr. 28) with a time of 15:06.32...ended the year with a PR in the 5k at the APU Last Chance Meet (May 12) where he clocked a time of 14:44.13

Prior to FLC: Competed in cross country (one year), track (two years), and soccer (two years) as a prep...named DODEA 2022 and 2021 Track and Field All-Conference...also DODEA All-Conference in Cross Country...served as team captain...earned 2021 DODEA All-Academic honors...DODEA Europe 3200m Record holder (9:44.64)...DODEA 2022 3200 and 1600m meter champion...DODEA 4x400 champion in 2021...placed third at the DODEA cross country championships
