Biography

2024 (Sophomore)
Started in 45 of Fort Lewis' 47 total games as an anchor at third base... boasted the squad's fifth-best batting average (.286) alongside the seventh-best on-base percentage (.360) and held a .308 slugging percentage... had eight multi-hit games... recorded 38 total hits including three doubles for 12 RBIs... notched a career-high three hits down at West Texas A&M against Texas A&M-Kingsville (Feb. 9)... held a .925 fielding percentage with six errors against 80 catches, 19 putouts, and 55 assists.

2023 (Freshman)
Played in 13 games, starting in 12... batted .226 with seven hits... hit her first career double in a win over Adams State (Apr. 22)... drew one walk and one hit-by-pitch... made 13 putouts with 14 assists... committed just one error for a .964 fielding percentage.

Prior to FLC: Burriel was a five-year letterwinner in softball in the second base position... earned 5A First Team All-District and 5A Second Team All-Metro honors... was a four-time All-Academic Team member... member of the 2019 State Championship team.
