Prior to FLC: Lieras played two seasons for the Olympians at San Diego Mesa College (California Community College Athletic Association)... named to the All-Pacific Coast Athletic Conference Second-Team in 2025 with All-PCAC Honorable Mention honors in 2026... tabbed as the team's Defensive Player of the Year... member of the 2026 Academic All-State Team... appeared in 81 games for the Olympians... split time between catching behind the dish and captaining the infield at shortstop... racked up 39 hits, including five doubles and one triple, en route to 30 runs scored, 20 runs batted in and had 10 sacrifice hits... also drew 32 walks... boasted a .252 batting average, a .301 slugging percentage, and a .381 on-base + slugging percentage... in the field, tallied 459 putouts, 45 assists, and had 13 errors for a .973 fielding percentage... caught 17 runners stealing from behind the plate... was a four-year varsity letterwinner in softball and a two-year letterwinner in water polo for the Marauders at Mire Mesa High School... split time between catcher and shortstop on the diamond... earned several academic honors and was a member of the National Honor Society as a senior in 2024.
