Box Score PUEBLO, Colo. – September 25, 2016 – For the first time this season, the Fort Lewis College men's soccer team won back-to-back games on the road. The Skyhawks charted a 2-1 win Sunday afternoon at Colorado State-Pueblo, after earning a 4-1 win at Adams State University on Wednesday.
The win also marks the seventh straight victory for the Skyhawks over the ThunderWolves.
CSU-Pueblo took the first lead of the game at 10:24 on Miles Sanchez' goal.
Dana Kowachek scored the equalizer at 55:39.
Raul Pescador scored his first goal of the season at 75:09, resulting in the game-winning goal.
Fort Lewis out-shot the Pack, 10-7.
Salifu Jatta led both teams with four shot attempts.
Elliot Chadderton earned the win in goal after making two saves and allowing one goal.
FLC will return home on Friday, Sept. 30 to play host to Colorado Mesa University at 3 p.m. The Skyhawks will travel to Salt Lake Sunday for a 1 p.m. match against Westminster College.
