DURANGO, Colo. – The Fort Lewis College men's soccer team has placed a conference-leading six Skyhawks on the 2026 All-Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) teams, with an even split of three first-team and three second-team honorees, the league announced on Friday.

Fort Lewis carried a 10-5-3 overall record with a 7-3 mark in RMAC play, earning a third-place finish and third overall seed in the 2026 RMAC Men's Soccer Championship. Last Monday (Nov. 2), FLC edged South Dakota Mines 4-3 on penalty kicks following a 2-2 draw to lift the Skyhawks to their sixth-straight RMAC Semifinal in as many postseason appearances.

The Skyhawks' six all-conference selections are one more than conference winner Regis University, which boasts Player of the Year Jacobo Betancourt-Tovar, Defensive Player of the Year Abram Wilson, Goalkeeper of the Year Zach Jennings, and Coach of the Year Taylor Diem. Colorado Mesa University's Edoardo Oliveri and South Dakota Mines' Lucas Miranda were tabbed Co-Freshmen of the Year.

First-Team All-RMAC
Junior standout William Bretvik, from Lindesnes, Norway, shot out of a cannon this season and quickly emerged as Fort Lewis' offensive leader and an All-RMAC First-Team talent at midfield with 11 goals and two assists for 24 points. Bretvik fired off 46 shots, targeting 23 shots on goal, to boast a 50 percent shots-on-goal percentage and three game-winning goals through 18 caps and 1,271 minutes. Bretvik ranks among the best in the league, including T-1 in goals, T-3 in points, T-3 in game-winners, sixth in shots, and seventh in shots on goal.

Francisco Pinto, a sophomore sensation from Felgueiras, Portugal, and a 2025 Honorable Mention All-RMAC honoree, quickly cemented himself as one of the best orchestrators in the conference en route to First-Team honors. At midfield, Pinto led the Skyhawks and the RMAC with 10 assists while also scoring five goals for 20 points in his 18 starts and team-leading 1,542 minutes. Throughout the year, Pinto took 33 shots and targeted 16 shots on-frame for a pair of game-winning goals while also going 1-for-1 on penalty kicks.

Rounding out Fort Lewis' first-teamers is freshman defender Noam Maggartou, who needed just 16 matches and 1,380 minutes to cement himself as an All-RMAC First-Team defenseman. One of four Skyhawks to start in every match he played, Maggartou not only paced the Fort Lewis backline, but also added six assists, six points, nine shots, and a pair of shots on-goal throughout the season. Maggartou tied for the fourth-most assists in the RMAC and made the second-most among defenders.

Second-Team All-RMAC
Junior midfielder Raul Baptista Filipe, one of the men to wear the captain's band for Fort Lewis, built on his 2025 Honorable Mention All-RMAC status with an elevation to the All-RMAC Second-Team in 2026. The Santa Maria de Feira, Portugal, native started in all 16 matches and scored three goals in addition to six assists for 12 points this season. Baptista Filipe tied for the fourth-most assists in the RMAC, fired 24 shots, and placed 14 shots on target across his 1,264 minutes.

From Valderøya, Norway, came freshman defenseman Iver Høihjelle, who snagged Second-Team All-RMAC honors in his first season up on the rim. Høihjelle made 17 starts across his 18 appearances for 1,404 minutes. Despite assisting Fort Lewis' backline, Høihjelle was also a consistent threat on the opposite side of the pitch, as he scored four goals across his 13 shots and six shots on target, including what stood as the match-tying goal in last Monday's RMAC Championship Quarterfinal.

Capping Fort Lewis' 2026 honorees is junior defender Alexandros Papakonstantinou, who picked up a Second-Team All-RMAC accolade. From Larnaca, Cyprus, Papakonstantinou needed only 990 minutes, nine starts, and 15 matches to prove himself an elite defender. Through his strategic time on the pitch, Papakonstantinou fired seven shots, including four on target, for one goal, two assists, and four points from the Skyhawks backline.

RMAC Championship Up Next
Fort Lewis continues its postseason run Saturday, Nov. 7, as the third-seeded Skyhawks face top-seeded and No. 15-ranked Regis University (11-3-4) in the 2026 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Championship at 7 p.m. at the Regis Turf Field.
