LAS VEGAS, N.M. – February 3, 2017 –
Brandon Wilson recorded his third double-double of the season after notching 14 points and 12 rebounds to lead the 14
th-ranked Fort Lewis College men's basketball team to a 99-77 win at New Mexico Highlands University Friday night. The win is the Skyhawks seventh straight as they improve to 19-3 overall and 14-2 in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.

Rasmus Bach and
Daniel Hernandez tied for team high honors with 19 points each. Blaylock made all seven free throw attempts as part of his 19 points. Bach hit 7-of-15 from the floor and 3-of-3 from the free throw line to go with his nine caroms, two assists and two steals. Hernandez was solid from the floor, making 5-of-6 three-point field goals. All six of Hernandez' field goal attempts came from behind the ar. He also made 4-of-4 free throws.
Defensively, Wilson accounted for all three of the Skyhawks blocks.
FLC grabbed 37 rebounds to the Cowboys 24, and dished out six more assists (13-7).
Fort Lewis led for almost 38 minutes against NMHU. The Skyhawks hit 36-of-66 field goals (54.5 percent) and made all but one of 18 free throw attempts (94.4 percent).
FLC will travel to Colorado State-Pueblo Saturday night. The game will be broadcast on Comcast Entertainment Television. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
