Carmosino Becomes Fourth Player From Legacy to Sign With Women’s Soccer

DURANGO, Colo. – Legacy High School will sure have a strong representation on the Fort Lewis College women's soccer team after Analisa "Boots" Carmosino added her name to the list to play for the Skyhawks.

"Boots is a little pit bull, she tackles and fights in all aspects of the game, but has the technical ability to shift gears and play a delicate pass after winning a tackle.  She will add to our ability to be dangerous in the attack, but also bust up plays and get us the ball back in the midfield," Head Coach Damian Clarke said.

Carmosino, a 5-foot-2 forward and midfielder, was a part of a Legacy team that went 12-5 this past season and her club team also claimed the State Championship in 2018. Carmosino helped the team to 10 shutouts and tallied five goals and five assists as the Lightning reached the second round of the State Playoffs.

In addition to starting all four seasons at Legacy, she lettered on the academic side all four seasons, was named to the All-Conference Honorable Mention Team and First Team All-State for her academics. She plans to major in exercise physiology at Fort Lewis.
