DURANGO, Colo. – For the third-straight season the Fort Lewis College women's golf team is heading to Albuquerque, N.M., and the Arroyo del Oso golf course to host its annual Nick Turner Invitational on Monday and Tuesday.

The Skyhawks will travel all eight members of the women's squad to the tournament.

Emma Tornroos led Fort Lewis last weekend at the Colorado State University Pueblo's Farmers Insurance Sam Proal Invitational. The graduate student placed in a tie for 15th as an individual after carding single-round scores of 76 and 80 to finish twelve strokes above par.

Last year, Tornroos was the lead Skyhawk down in Albuquerque with a tie for 44th as an individual. As a unit, FLC finished 14th among 15 teams with a 656 (+80) team total across the two rounds.

Arroyo del Oso stretches to 6,936 yards from the tips with a par of 72.
