Weekly Honors
Following such a dominant week at home, it came as no surprise that a trio of Skyhawks were tabbed with weekly honors. Head coach Bob Pietrack was named HoopDirt.com's Week 5 Division II Coach of the Week Presented by Just Play Solutions. The honor is Pietrack's sixth across his time at FLC and now makes him eligible for the HoopDirt.com Coach of the Year Presented by Just Play Solutions.

Junior Garbrah and Brayden Carter came away with the RMAC's Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week Awards as well. Garbrah, a six-foot-guard out of Melbourne, Australia, averaged 22.3 points on 69 percent shooting across the week while also tallying a career-high 25 points against New Mexico Highlands and shooting 9-for-11 from beyond the arc. On the flip side, Carter had a strong week in the post registering 14 rebounds, blocking five shots, making two steals, dishing out four assists, and adding another 27 total points including a season-high 17 against CSU Pueblo.
