RMAC recognizes 15 from Indoor Track and Field as All-Academic honorees

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) announced the men's and women's indoor track and field All-Academic teams on Wednesday with 15 Fort Lewis College student-athletes earning recognition.

To be eligible for honor roll consideration, a student-athlete must carry a 3.30 cumulative grade point average (GPA) and must have been an active student at the institution for at least two consecutive semesters or three consecutive quarters. First Team All-Academic members were voted on by the conference's sports information directors for meeting those criteria as well as demonstrating outstanding performance on the course.

On the men's side, six Skyhawks were named to the Honor Roll list. Those honorees include seniors Ethan Bartlett (3.45 GPA, Environmental Science), Aaron Busche (3.43 GPA, Exercise Physiology), and Conner Dosmann (3.38, Psychology), junior Brady Burrough (3.69 GPA, Engineering), and sophomores Blaine Goklish (3.62 GPA, Exercise Physiology) and Bean Minor (3.39 GPA, Music).

The women's team had nine named to the Honor Roll team. Those honorees include seniors Katherine Brown (3.92 GPA, Psychology), Peyton Burnside (3.86 GPA, Psychology), Katie Heck (3.89 GPA, Business Administration), and Madisen Johnson (3.59 GPA, Exercise & Health Promotion), and sophomores Marisol Castilleja (3.95 GPA, Political Science), Cadence Corby (3.97 GPA, Elementary Education), Kaitlyn Gabaldon (3.82 GPA, Exercise & Health Promotion), Mikenna Hoffman (3.51 GPA, Exercise & Health Promotion), and Claire Peterson (3.77 GPA, Psychology).
