DURANGO, Colo. – Three members of the Fort Lewis College men's soccer team, including Alessio Andreottola, Lorenz Guintini, and Casey Stracher, have each been First-Team All-South Central Region by the Division II Conference Commissioners Association, the organization announced on Tuesday afternoon.

Stracher, a six-foot defender out of Kamas, Utah, and the only upperclassman among the three, doubled down as an all-region product, adding to his 2024 Second-Team All-Region nod by the United Soccer Coaches. The South Summit High School graduate has been with the Skyhawks for two seasons, earning First-Team All-Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference this fall following a Second-Team accolade in his first season.

The two-time RMAC Defensive Player of the Week played the third-most minutes on the roster, accumulating 1,396 minutes on the pitch while scoring four goals, including his first career brace with a two-score performance against Adams State (Nov. 5), while also handing out a pair of assists. Stracher capped his career as a Skyhawk a few weeks ago, starting in all 39 matches and tallying six goals and six assists for 18 career points.

Andreottola, one of the most sensational freshmen the RMAC has seen from Colmar, France, and one of just two players in the league's history to be named the RMAC Offensive Player of the Year and Freshman of the Year in the same season, advances as a First-Team All-Region talent. At the end of the regular season, Andreottola stood as the NCAA leader across all three divisions (DI, DII, DIII) in total assists (17) while also scoring six goals for 29 total points, a mark that also ranked T-11th in DII.

The United Soccer Coaches National Player of the Month for September also fired off 63 total shots and 26 shots-on-goal to finish the regular season ranked second in shots per match (3.94) and 16th in shots-on-goal per match (1.63). Andreottola made, or more assists on five occasions, including a career-high four assists in the Skyhawks' 8-1 rout over Northwest Nazarene University (Sept. 20). Andreottola also posted his first career brace in Fort Lewis' 5-0 win over Colorado Christian (Oct. 3).

Guintini rounds out the Skyhawks trio as one of the most lethal forwards in the conference. From Avignon, France, Guintini kept pace all season as the RMAC's leading goal scorer, finishing with the most goals, 13, which also capped the regular season tied for fourth-most in DII. He also finished second in the region with five game-winning goals. Throughout the season, Guintini also made four assists for 30 total points, a mark that tied for the third-most in DII at the end of the regular season.

Despite a pair of braces in his freshman campaign, it was a stunning hat-trick against Northwest Nazarene that put Guintini on the map, which he capped with a nearly 65-yard goal from inside his own half. Playing 1,368 minutes, Guintini fired off 3.24 shots and 1.71 shots-on-goal per match, marks that ranked 12th and 16th in DII.

Athletic communication professionals from the NCAA Division II South Central Region schools and conferences selected the D2CCA all-region teams. The process concludes with All-American selections that will be announced in December.
