COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Fort Lewis women's golfer and graduating senior Vivianna Holguin has been named to the 2024-25 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference All-Academic First-Team, while three additional Skyhawks have been named to the league's Academic Honor Roll.

Each institution's athletic communications directors nominate student-athletes who academically maintain at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA, along with the other criteria for the Academic Honor Roll, for recognition on the First Team Academic All-RMAC in each sport. The league's athletic communications directors for that sport vote to compose the First Team Academic All-RMAC and select the Academic Player of the Year. They are not permitted to vote for their own student-athletes. To be eligible for Academic Honor Roll, student-athletes must carry at least a 3.30 GPA.

Graduating senior Vivianna Holguin, a Desert Ridge High School alumnus out of Gold Canyon, Ariz., earns her first-ever nod to the RMAC All-Academic First-Team after picking up College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors last season. Since transferring to Fort Lewis from Mesa Community College in the summer of 2023, Holguin has been a household name for the Skyhawks, appearing in 18 tournaments over the past two seasons, and most recently helped her squad to the program's highest-ever finish at the RMAC Championships. Holguin boasted a 3.97 Grade Point Average studying Exercise Physiology.

Fort Lewis boasted the second-highest number of total student-athletes on the RMAC Academic Honor Roll. The four Skyhawks honored are listed below, followed by the 2024-25 Women's Golf All-Academic First-Team.
